I recently had the pleasure of working with Garage Experts for my fifth garage remodeling project, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Having previously worked with a leading garage and closet remodeling company four times, I was familiar with their quality, but their prices were steep. Quality and Value From the moment they arrived, Garage Experts impressed me with their professionalism and transparency. They provided an excellent rendering of what to expect, complete with detailed cost breakdowns. To my surprise, their proposal came in significantly lower than the established company I’ve used in the past. Not only did they offer competitive pricing, but they also suggested custom changes during the consultation that should have been costly but weren't. Craftsmanship The workmanship was outstanding. They paid meticulous attention to detail, encasing permanent fixtures such as a commercial fridge/freezer, a safe, and a TV with custom cabinetry. The precision was remarkable, with alignments at 1/16" of an inch, transforming my three-car garage into a truly customized space. Customer Service The team’s dedication to customer service was equally admirable. Justin, the General Manager, and Abbey, the consultant, were always available and prepared, showing up on time and ready to work. I was particularly impressed by Dave, the owner, who, despite being based in Chicago, maintained consistent and seamless communication throughout the project. It was a massive upgrade, and months later, it still looks like it was installed yesterday. The crew was professional, punctual, and made sure everything was done right from start to finish.
