Lexington Recent Garage Makeovers

This homeowner needed a lot of storage in their garage in their new home. They had a basement storage room in their old house but aren't as easily able to go up and down stairs with items anymore. So, in their new single story home with an oversized garage, we opted to seriously upgrade their storage game. Not pictured is all the stuff yet to go in just behind me taking this photo and an additional 2 tall cabinets to the left. This great looking color combo is our "Silver" cabinet with our standard 15" nickel plated bar pull handles. the floor coating is the light colored "Schist" in the 1" and 1/4" flake size blend. We removed a very old stained floor coating from this church floor in Owingsville KY. We installed our GarageFX flooring system in a custom color on this back patio in Lexington, KY. The customer liked the flake blend "smoke" but wanted some red added in. We added about 3% by weight red flakes and it turned out great. This floor will be easy to clean and hold up to the weather a patio receives.
